Refund Policy

At Voge Accessories, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their specialized Voge accessories. Our return policy is designed to be transparent and fair, reflecting our global operations.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery was confirmed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).
In its original packaging with all tags attached.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Restocking Fee

Please note that a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount for all eligible returns. This fee covers the administrative and processing costs associated with returning specialized inventory to our international fulfillment centers.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Non-Refundable: Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.

5. International Fulfillment & Returns

As our products are dispatched from various international fulfillment centers to serve our global community, please be aware that:

You may be required to ship the return to a designated international warehouse location.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right without applying the standard restocking fee in cases of our error or defective products.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm if the refund was approved. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (minus the 10% restocking fee) on your original payment method within 10 business days.
