Delete your account

Use this form to permanently delete your Voge Accessories customer account and the personal data attached to it.

What gets deleted

  • Your customer account and sign-in
  • Your name, email address and phone number
  • Your saved addresses
  • Your marketing preferences

What we keep

Records of orders you have already placed are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and no longer. They are kept separately from your account and are not used to contact you.

How long it takes

We action deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them. You will get a confirmation by email once your account has been removed.

Send your request

Enter the email address on the account. Keep the words DELETE MY ACCOUNT in your message so we can tell your request apart from other enquiries.

Use the address you sign in with. We can only delete an account we can match to an email.
