This website is operated by SHOPIEXPERT LTD, trading as “Voge Accessories” (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you use our services and agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) in the version valid at the time of your order.

1. Scope and seller

These Terms apply to all contracts concluded through this online store. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a contract for purposes that are mainly outside their trade, business or profession.

2. Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of products in our store is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the button that completes your order with an obligation to pay, you make a binding offer to buy the items in your cart. The automatic order confirmation email only confirms that we have received your order. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending a shipping confirmation or by delivering the goods. The contract languages are English and the language of the store version you use. Your order details are stored and sent to you by email.

3. Use of the store

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction when using our services.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are final prices and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order. The available payment methods are shown at checkout. Price changes do not apply to contracts already concluded.

5. Products and compatibility

  • We are an independent supplier of aftermarket accessories for VOGE motorcycles and are not affiliated with the official VOGE brand.
  • Each product page states the motorcycle models and years the product is designed for. Please check compatibility before ordering and before installing a product.
  • We make every effort to show colours and images as accurately as possible. Slight differences, for example due to screen settings, are possible.
  • Installation should be carried out properly, following good workshop practice, or by a qualified workshop. Please observe the road traffic and registration rules in your country.

6. Delivery

Our products are shipped from international fulfilment centres. Processing and delivery times, shipping costs and tracking are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. We offer a 30-day return period. Details are set out in our Returns & Refund Policy.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. If we additionally offer a guarantee for a product (e.g. 1 year against manufacturing defects), it does not limit your statutory rights.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory product liability law. Otherwise, our liability for slight negligence is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations and to the typical, foreseeable damage. We are not liable for damage resulting from incorrect installation, improper use or use on motorcycle models not listed on the product page.

10. Accuracy of information

We try to keep all information on this website accurate, complete and up to date, and may change the content of the website at any time. The product information and prices shown at the time of your order apply to your order.

11. Account and billing information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made in our store.

12. Prohibited uses

You may not use the website or its content for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, or to infringe our intellectual property rights.

13. Governing law

These Terms and any contract with us are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence.

14. Dispute resolution

We are not willing or obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Please contact us first – most issues can be solved quickly by email.
