Installation Advice

The risers are installed between the original handlebar clamps and the motorcycle’s upper mounting points.

Recommended installation procedure:

1. Position the motorcycle securely on a stable surface.
2. Protect the fuel tank and surrounding painted panels.
3. Support the handlebar before removing the original upper clamp bolts.
4. Loosen and remove the original mounting hardware gradually.
5. Position the risers according to the orientation shown in the product images.
6. Refit the original handlebar clamps using the supplied extended bolts.
7. Align the handlebar evenly before final tightening.
8. Tighten all bolts gradually and evenly to the motorcycle manufacturer’s recommended torque specification.
9. Turn the handlebars fully to the left and right.
10. Check that the throttle, clutch, brake hoses, wiring and control cables are not stretched, trapped or restricted.
11. Confirm that the throttle returns freely at every steering position.
12. Recheck all mounting bolts after the first ride.

Professional installation is strongly recommended because incorrect handlebar installation may affect steering and vehicle control.
